Following numerous online training sessions dedicated to whistleblowing, WhistleblowingIT is introducing a new format for in-depth learning: on 19 November 2026<\/strong>, the first Whistleblowing Workshop<\/strong> will be held in Milan<\/strong>, offering a full day of specialist in-person training.<\/p><\/p>\n\n An initiative designed to create a space for direct exchange between professionals and organisations that deal with the management of whistleblowing channels and reports on a daily basis.<\/p><\/p>\n\n The workshop will focus on exploring the regulatory, organisational and operational aspects of whistleblowing, with a strongly practical and interactive approach. The programme will go beyond traditional lectures to include participant discussions, the sharing of experiences, case analysis and self-assessment activities.<\/p>\n\n The programme is aimed in particular at whistleblowing managers<\/strong> in both the public and private sectors<\/strong> and will address some of the key issues involved in the day-to-day management of whistleblowing systems: from developing and improving procedures to protecting the confidentiality of information, as well as ensuring process efficiency and system accessibility.<\/p><\/p>\n\n One of the distinctive features of the workshop will be the opportunity to work directly on the participants\u2019 own organisational contexts.<\/p>\n\n Before the event, the WhistleblowingIT Team will conduct a preliminary analysis of the systems adopted by the participating entities and organisations. During the training session, the findings will be shared and discussed, with the aim of identifying any potential critical issues and exploring the main operational aspects in greater depth.<\/p>\n\n The second part of the day will focus on self-assessment, compliance and accessibility analysis, and a practical workshop based on a case study.<\/p>\n\n Over the years, online training has enabled us to reach a large number of professionals and organisations, offering flexible and accessible ways to explore whistleblowing-related topics in greater depth. We will continue to do so, with the aim of providing opportunities for ongoing updates and discussion on the most critical aspects and issues requiring greater attention, contributing to increasingly informed and effective management of whistleblowing systems.<\/p>\n\n With this first in-person event, WhistleblowingIT is adding a new dimension to its training programme<\/strong>: a full day dedicated to direct exchange, practical activities and the sharing of real-world experiences.<\/p><\/p>\n\n To foster truly active participation and dialogue, the training is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, with only one participant per entity or organisation.
