The training is aimed at whistleblowing managers in both the public and private sectors, whether they are responsible for the system or directly involved in managing the relevant procedures.

Only one participant per entity may attend, in order to encourage discussion and exchange among different organisational contexts.

A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the training.

Session 1 – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Participant introductions.
• Introduction to whistleblowing: regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Developing and improving whistleblowing procedures. Polls and discussion.
• Digital whistleblowing: how to protect the confidentiality of information and ensure process efficiency.

Session 2 – 2.00 PM – 6.00 PM

• Self-assessment line.
• Compliance and accessibility assessment of participating entities.
• Practical workshop: case study analysis.
• Final assessment and wrap-up.

The training is led by Giorgio Fraschini (Transparency International Italia) and Susanna Ferro (GlobaLeaks).

Participation is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, with one participant per entity or organisation.

To participate, you must complete the registration request form available by clicking the button below.

Submitting the form does not automatically confirm registration for the event. Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. The WhistleblowingIT Team will communicate the outcome of your request within 3 business days of submission.

The first 20 approved participants will be able to complete their registration according to the instructions provided and proceed with payment of the participation fee.

Any subsequent requests will be placed on a waiting list. In the event that a participant withdraws, individuals on the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which their requests were received, up to two weeks before the event.

Following confirmation of the registration request, payment instructions will be provided.

Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date and is required to complete the registration.

Cancellation and Substitution

In the event of cancellation, the participation fee paid will not be refunded, unless the participant is replaced by another person from the waiting list. The substitution will be arranged by the WhistleblowingIT Team and the participant who cancels will be notified within 14 days of the event date.

The participant may always be replaced by another person from the same entity or organisation, provided that the substitution is communicated by email to formazione@whistleblowing.it prior to the event.

For cancellations communicated less than 14 days before the event, the participation fee will not be refunded, and it will not be possible to replace the participant with someone from another entity or organisation. However, the participant will be entitled to attend, at no additional cost, a similar training event organised during 2027.

Event Cancellation or Changes

The WhistleblowingIT Team reserves the right to cancel the event or modify its date, venue or programme due to organisational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

In case of event cancellation, the full amount of any participation fee already paid will be refunded.

In case of a change to the event date or other essential event conditions, the participant may choose between attending on the new date and receiving a refund of any participation fee already paid.
