We inform you that on 30 March 2023, Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, came into force implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions.
In light of the regulatory changes, we inform you that the digital platforms available as part of the WhistleblowingPA project already comply with the requirements set out in the decree.
The changes that will be introduced will concern the questionnaires available on the platforms and will be updated starting from 15 July 2023, the date on which the new provisions will begin to take effect. Until 14 July 2023, the provisions of Article 54-bis of Legislative Decree no. 165 of 2001, Article 6, paragraphs 2-bis, 2-ter and 2-quater, of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 and article 3 of law n.179 of 2017 continue to apply.
